Buildcraft compat crashes when NEI not installed

Description: There was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail

cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: buildcraft/compat/nei/RecipeHandlerBase

Workaround: install NEI
