As the title says I've tried all the various forms of fluid transport and insertion I have in the mod pack I'm using. I've also attempted all the sides with all the different forms as well. The refinery will accept power however, from all the aforementioned mods. I was able to extract liquid from a Buildcraft Tank with no issue. Normally I would dismiss this as just mod incompatibility but since the refinery will not accept liquid from BC Pipes either I figured I should say something.

spent a lot of time ensuring that I covered all my bases before I posted, except to check if that black stuff I was pumping was actually oil. It was sludge.
