This is not a bug report. Rather a request of clarification.

It appears that Wooden Transport Pipe will extract everything inside Integration Table and not just the output. Same can be said to Hopper and Carrier Robot.
And Emerald Pipe whitelist do not work to pull out the specific outputs.
