Hello, I seem to be having some trouble creating new pipe plugs in Buildcraft 7.0.24. I have tried using the structure pipe in the crafting table as well as the assembly table, but all that gets me is regular cobblestone pipe and facades, respectively. I even went and got NEI to be sure I was using the correct recipe (one cobblestone support pipe in the crafting table/grid).

Excluding NEI (I was having the issue before I installed it), I had Minecraft Forge 10.13.3.1428, Railcraft 9.7.0.0, OpenEye 0.6, Iron Chests Mod 1.7.10, Iron Chest Minecarts 1.0.0, Buildcraft-compat 7.0.12, and Buildcraft 7.0.24 installed. I have included a screenshot of what the crafting table lets me do with the structure pipe.
