Power Input Pipes (Wood, Emerald) don't work with Gates set on pulse

It works fine with a Redstone Engine, however...

Thanks for bringing this up- I messed up "pulse" extraction for everything except items recently and forgot about it :/

Don't focus too much on it - extraction will also be rewritten for 8.0. Just get it workish.
