Report number 3. Here are some more console Errors.
I do have -Dbuildcraft.debug=all in my JVM Arguments.

Information

As that was everything, I did not put a pastebin of only the errors. I am thinking that the buildcraftenergy:oil_ocean should not be set to spawn in PLAINS biomes?

oil generation isn't finished yet, currently the oil biomes just don't have their types set (for other mods to be able to correctly cattegorize them for things like biome decoration) so forge just makes a guess

Gotcha, thought as much but still wanted to let you know incase it was an oversight. Any part of the mod in particular you would like some extra light shined onto?
