BC version 7.99.3 Dev build forge version 13.20.0.2296, Can't find auto workbench in item list as well as it's recipe

They aren't yet enabled in the alpha because of #3468.

(I'll keep this open until that one is fixed, as there might be other issues before that one is done. Also because then we have a single issue for autoworkbenches)
