In rare conditions, its possible that the red bordings from the marks are still there after placing the quarry.

Even cross dimensions..

When you say "in rare conditions" - what conditions? Is the server lagging a bit? Is the client lagging? How did you create the quarry? Can you reproduce it reliably at all?

EDIT: Also, can you reproduce it without any other mods? (Although I'd recommend trying to find out when this happens in your current setup so that you can test like that)

Lasers appearing across dimensions is a separate issue as all lasers currently render in all dimensions.

@LuigiHutch which types of lasers? Land marks or volume boxes?

The lasers coming from land marks.

The conditions are unknown from my side.
The server might be lag in that second, normally the server wont skip any ticks since we are in early game.

can you try without optifine?

Should I splitt this issue to avoid confusions?

splitting might be best, i know the cross dimensions is not optifine related, but the red markings staying when building a quarry might be
