Fluid pipes and filler issue

All, when I break a fluid pipe with fluid (fuel, oil, water, lava) I get "Fragile xxxx Shard" items scattered around where I broke the pipe. They are non stackable. When I pick them up I can then "use" them on a suitable container such as a tank or engine. The other issue is when using the Filler to fill a quarried pit it sends out the blocks a few at a time very slowly and the blocks move in rhythm with the power source. I have 2 creative engines directly connected to the filler both set to maximum. I tried using 1 set at various outputs and also connecting the filler to the power source used by the near by quarry, the only change was the speed reduction of the blocks.

Fragile fluid shards are a new thing, they are meant to stop accidentally deleting fluids forever. Currently several things about them are suboptimal (for example they don't stack because that would defeat the purpose of forestries canning machines, and also allow for free fluid transport, however this tends to be very annoying as there isn't any way to make them drop anything else.)

The filler is work in progress at the moment, currently power usage isn't smoothed out like how the quarry is (which is a bug).
