Steps to reproduce: Simply Have Industrialcraft, and Tinkerers Construct installed with forge, and the water model is fine. Add BuildCraft, and the water model breaks and only shows a super dark shadow
Additional information: BuildCraft is the offending mod for the water model breaking.

Can you show a screenshot of what it looks like? That might help with working out what might be happening.

Also can you find the last number in BuildCraft version? 7.99 isn't a complete version number.

Both 7.99.12 up to 7.99.17 is broke
