Integrate Optifine shaders into fluid pipes

It would be nice if the fluid pipes render liquid the same as how the shader pack does it. It's not really annoying, but it would look really cool. I am not sure if you guys can do this or if has to be implemented by Optifine or the shader pack directly.

I'm not a developer, but I think pipes are blocks and that the water textures are integrated into it. So I don't think it could be fixed on any side unless the devs look at the optifine shader source code.

optifine has no api and is completely closed source, this means there is no practical way of knowing how exactly it works and implement this feature from the BC side

this will need to be added from the optifne side but since optifine is notorious for breaking mods, i don't see that happening anytime soon

I don't know exactly what we would need to do to implement something like this, but we probably wouldn't need to use optifine directly - as anyone can use/write opengl shaders, so instead we could add it as a config option.

Although there are a lot of complexities to actually implementing this, so I don't think this will actually happen anytime soon.
