The chute can't be powered by redstone engine.

Please complete the following information:
- Forge Version: 14.23.5.2768
- BuildCraft Version (Add Hash if from github): 7.99.24.4
- Any additonal mods:
IC2,Iron Chest
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Place a Chute
- Place a redstone engine beside it.
- The engine can't connect to the chute.
Detail
It seems that the chute can't powered by redstone engine (but can be powered by fuel engine), however, according to the guide book, power a chute with redstone engine can speed it up.
I don't know if this is a bug, however, if the chute can't powered by redstone engine, it is less useful.
