Crash from BC:Silicon without BC:Transport (Modular Installation)

While trying to start Minecraft with BC:Silicon installed (Modular Installation), the game is crashing on startup. Installing BC:Transport seems to fix that problem.

MC: 1.12.2

I'm pretty sure I fixed this in 7.99.24.5... for some reason I didn't add it to the changelog. Can you retry?
