All blocks with containers dupe when they are broken with Block-Breaker

Apparently version 1.9.1 of FTB-Ultimate-Reloaded still uses BC 7.99.24.2 so there's nothing we can do about this other than recommend you update BC to 7.99.24.6.

This sounds like a duplicate of #4529 - what version of buildcraft is in that pack?
