Using JEI and in the creative menu, the Quarry simply doesn't appear. Double checked other BC Builders recipes such as Architect bench and they appear. I have a decent amount of modding history so I may be able to troubleshoot further if given a possible solution.

Solved somewhat, requires a separate installation of all packages to work. When combined, the quarry is hidden.
