[1.12.2] Builder dropps red bed items instead of placing them

Builder doesn't place beds, instead it drops red bed items.
Please complete the following information:
- Forge Version: 1.12.2 14.23.5.2854
- BuildCraft Version (Add Hash if from github): 7.99.24.6
- Any additonal mods: IC2 and Galactic craft
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Scan a building containing a bed (I white and green beds).
- Place blueprint into builder.
- Observe red bed items flooding the area
