[Bug-1.12] Auto Workbench doesn't support Container Items (like a Tool (Hammers, Saws, Files, etc)) totally fine

Please complete the following information:

  • Forge Version: 1.12.2-forge-14.23.5.2854
  • BuildCraft Version (Add Hash if from github): buildcraft-all-7.99.24.8
  • industrialcraft-2-2.8.221-ex112
  • gregtechmod-0.3.9

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a recipe inside the Auto Workbench that uses Tools from any mod (In this example, i craft the TungstenSteel Saw from GregTech Experimental), and proceed to craft the item

  2. As soon as it ends, the AutoWorkbench will drop the Tools and it will not accept them

  1. But it will re-use them if you restart the recipe adding the tools before

Expected behavior
The AutoWorkbench should not drop the tools everytime it crafts something, and it should accept them at any Damage value
