Builder construction result is abnormal

[Operation sequence]
- Use Builder to build circular shape and hollow state, see<eg01. jpg>
- The construction environment has snow
Start construction, problem occurs
[Problem phenomenon]
The bottom floor is not built, see<eg02. jpg>
[Expectation phenomenon]
The whole building should be attached to the ground
[Supplement]
The ground was originally covered with a layer of snow. After finding the problem, I manually removed some snow and found that it could still be built

2.建造环境有雪地
开始建造，问题发生

最下面一层并没有建造, 见<eg02.jpg>
[期待现象]
整个建筑应该是贴进地面的
[补充]
原本地面全是一层雪，发现问题后，手动打掉了一些雪，发现依旧能建造上
