Prior to 7.0.23, delivery robots would deliver items only when the gate next to builder(or requester) performed action "request needed items". But after the 7.0.23 update, delivery robots always delivers items, even though gate action "request needed items" is not executed.

I found that this bug appeared after 7.0.23, and there was no problem in 7.0.22.

I think the bug this hasn't been feedback until now is because not many people use this feature in their saves, or they use this feature but doesn't know it actually unnecessary. After all, there are better alternatives, such as logistics pipes. But I discovered this bug when I tried to abandon LP and use pure BC for automation, so I don't think fix it should have much negative impact.

I agree it's a valid issue, but fixing it this late in 1.7.10's lifecycle will adversely impact worlds built in the past decade, so I'm not sure if it is going to be fixed.
