Crash with automatic RF/MJ conversion

How to reproduce:

  1. Place an obsidian pipe between a chest and a Creative PowerCell from RFTools.
  2. Place an power adaptor on the side facing the powercell of the obsidian pipe.
  3. Drop some items on the ground.
  4. Break the adaptor.

Alongside from the crash, there is also a problem that the obsidian pipe seems to not accepting power from RF sources via the adaptor.
