syncing buffers need to be cleared when switching worlds

when changing worlds fluids in pipes can render wrong, restarting the client fixes it and the first world to enter is the one where fluids render correctly
most likely there is a cache used for syncing the data that needs to be reset upon joining the worlds to accomodate for shifts
see #3768 : this is not limited to fluids only apearently
