Formerly known as the gate copier, the copier (name WIP) is a device used copy and paste settings and filters from gates and pipe filters etc.

The copier should be able to:

• Copy settings from existing filters/gates
• Paste copied settings onto gates/filters
• Clear the settings that are saved on the copier
• Display an error message when its unable to paste over settings correctly (missing settings etc.)
• Display what is being copied on the copiers tooltip (optional)

Things it should support:

• Gate settings and its filters
• Diamond Pipe filter
• Wooden-diamond pipe filter

The Model:

• Should be the same as the previous gate copier but might need tinkering to be more suiting to the new functionality
• Visually display on the item model whether it has settings saved to it

BC for 1.16.x will probably get a more advanced copier, but for now I've added a basic version for 1.12.2 BC (only in pre-releases so far) .
