When trying to run BuildCraft 7.99.16 with minecraft 1.12.2 it says missing BUILDCRAFT Lib is missing mods it depends on. include the following mods or remove BUILDCRAFT Lib.
Forge 14.23.0.2544 or above
fml-client-latest.llog' for technical information.
