Can't connect to clean forge server [1.12.2]

BuildCraft version: buildcraft-7.99.17
Forge version: forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.2556-universal
Link to crash report or log:
First log: latest.log
Second log: latest.log
Singleplayer or multiplayer: MP
Steps to reproduce: 1. Prepare clean installment of MC Forge server. 2. Install Buildcraft. 3. Try to connect to that server.
Additional information: ERROR STARTS ON LINE 3129!
It ends in endless loop of errors, and on screen there's "Logging in" stage.
After updating Forge to forge-1.12.2-14.23.4.2757-universal, problem still persist, as shown in second log.
