Steps to reproduce: Not sure if it is only this exchange of fluids, but I am only having issues with the exchange of these fluids. Hot Mixed Light Fuels and cool oil.

Additional information: When these two fluids exchange, it works perfectly fine. However, over time the heat exchanger does not flow and is paused for some reason. The way to quickly resolve this is to destroy the pipe for the hot gaseous fuel and reconnect it. After that it starts working again but runs into the same problem.

I'm having the same issue with a similar setup
