Forge version: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768

Singleplayer or multiplayer: multiplayer
Steps to reproduce: Using Stripes Transport Pipe with scissors in it to cut wool ,Sheep's hair is disappear but no wool come out,

I also met this problem but it only appears in multiplayer game. I test the same structure in single player game which using the stripes transport pipe to cut wool and actually the wool comes out.
