Steps to reproduce: I add buildcraft-all in .minecraft/mods but when i launch mc crash when he load buildcraft builder

Can you retry (twice) with the test release 7.99.24.2-pre2? (Download the all-in-one jar at the bottom of the tests page: https://mod-buildcraft.com/pages/tests.html)

EDIT: I added some code to disable certain opengl functionality that might be causing this crash, however you have to run it twice to make it work properly
