Include the following mods or remove buildcraftcompat (same with Buildcraftlib)

Describe the bug
when ever i hit play, it gives the above error.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'MCL'
- Click on 'Play'
- See error

- BuildCraft Version(Add Hash if from github):
- Singleplayer or Multiplayer: neither
- Link to Crash Report or Log:
all of the above there i suck at, both forge and buildcraft are 1.12.2 so what ever the latest is for those 2, and buildcraft from here

what mods is it asking you to add? most likely you have an outdated forge version
latest doesn't say anything what you think is latest might not acutally be latest
I forgot to update this, i reinstalled minecraft/forge then added it in.
also it wanted me to either add or remove buildcraftcompat and buildcraftlib
how ever, clean install works fine.
