Redstone engine not working and fluids arent working whatsoever.

Okay so I've been going through tutorial after tutorial figuring out what I'm doing wrong and I've come to the conclusion that something within the mod itself has bugged out. Basically, no matter what I do with the redstone engine, it will never pump or start moving, it will phase through the colours and eventually stick on black after about 30 seconds after applying the lever. Fluids also do not work, and I'm unable to pump them with the redstone engine. They will also never enter the pipes regardless of what is done. I even added a pump and connected a fluid pipe to see if it would do anything, nothing. The only thing I have working is a quarry.
I'm running a server for me and my friends on forge 1.12.2 but the issue still persists on singleplayer. I have reinstalled the mod multiple times with no success. Help would be appreciated because we've spent almost 5 days figuring this out. Thanks!

Okay so weirdly, it appears that on its own, the mod works perfectly and the issue is resolved! But that also suggests that something is conflicting with the mod itself in the mods I have installed clientside.

Wait so it just started to work for u? how long did u have to wait

it didn't as he said he tried the mod on it's own not in a mod pack and there it works

Can you upload a screenshot of your (most recent) redstone engine + pipe setup?

That's the most recent one, it got to the point of me wanting to literally just transfer it from one tank to the other

Oh ok, can you try replacing the leftmost pipe (that's on-top of the engine) with a wooden extraction pipe?

yeah I tried that earlier, no luck

Oh ok, in which case that really is broken (assuming you have tried turning on and off the lever?)

Although I guess you've been trying that for a while, so instead can you list information about:

  • (If it's on a server): the server software: just forge/sponge/something else
  • (if it's on a server): the server plugins
  • your client mod list (you can find a nicely formatted table if you create a crash report by force-crashing with F3+C for 10 seconds).

In addition, can you retry with a completely vanilla installation of buildcraft (just buildcraft-all-7.99.24.2.jar in the mods folder)

Yeah I tried the lever multiple times.
The server is running forge with sponge on 1.12.2 as specified earlier.
The plugins its currently running are: WorldEdit, Nucleus, Custom Heads and EntityDisguise
As for the clientside mods, they can be found below.

I will test it on its own for you and get back in a bit with the results! :)
