I would kinda like the 1.5+ Autarchic Gate behaviour that the more Energy Pulsars are set, the more items are exported. We talked about this at some point in this discord and the port would mostly be trivial. We figured out that cpw even made this modification on 1.4.7 BuildCraft (since he talked about it on a direwolf20 Forgecraft video), but it never made it's way into the main branch until 1.5
