Wooden RF pipes seem to pull RF infinitely even if there is nowhere for the RF to be sent. it seems like it sucks all of the power into its own energy storage or something bc you can still pull the power back out of the pipe. This will cause a lot of problems for people. This is also a modpack balance nightmare because it accidentally creates the best infinite power storage in the game if exploited

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place anything that stores RF power (and can be extracted from eg a cell, battery, ect)
2. Attach wooden RF pipe
3. Watch all the power drain

Extra steps if you feel like it:
4. Remove source of RF power from the pipe
5. Pipe it into a device that takes RF power
6. Watch all of the power that the wood pipe sucked up come back out of it

Note: Video is from my pack with a lot more mods, however I've tested it by itself with only the mods listed and it still happens
