Crash when using Lists. [1.12.2 | Buildcraft 8.0.0]

This has happened to me 3 times now, with 3 different items. All of them when using the "Same Type" and/or "Same Material" modifiers.
First was with a diamond shovel with the "Same Type" modifier
Second was when using both columns with Pams Harvestcraft's Mustard Seeds, one column did not crash the game, but using both did.
Third was when using raw fish with the "Same Type" modifier.
All had the same rendering error. the lists themselves crash the game when opened due to this error.
I am playing on a local server, the server does not crash.
