please add to config some params for quarry, like max size and speed
i think it is a good idea because i dont want disable it, but it is very imbalanced

and sometimes after the restart the quarry begins to break its own pipes

For max size are you more interested in hug (like 256x256) quarries or limiting their size downwards?

i think it only need to add [number] like [actualy speed] * [number] and put it to config (default 1)
for max size i think you can add for all ways, hug and downwards
