Every time i reach near the peak of the fluid capacity in the combustion engine i get spammed by an error message in the top right

BuildCraft version: apparent in all 1.12.2 versions
Forge version: 1.12.2

Steps to reproduce: put in a bunch of water and fuel

What BuildCraft version are you using? In Forge version, you put the Minecraft version, not the Forge version. Other than my complaining, yes this does happen. When you try to put more fuel in than you can, you get an error message. I don't see why this is an issue.
