quarry freezes when a well is working from above it, 7.99.24.2.

This happens because the mining wells tubes are unbreakable. However when I make them breakable the quarry would get stuck in an endless loop of trying to break the mining well's tubes, which is only a tiny bit better.

This happens when two quarries overlap as well (have two Quarries placed right near each other), and one has built the frame while the other one not. It'll be an endless loop of the second quarry breaking the first's frame. So in my opinion, breaking the well's tubes is not such a big deal (since it's already happening for the quarries)
