Launch TCR Classic Refined 12.2+ with Optifine 1.12.2 HD U F5 installed

I only run into this issue when trying to launch this modpack with Optifine copied into the mods folder. I've attempted to reinstall Java, Technic Launcher, Minecraft, and the modpack itself to see if that would solve the issues, but to no avail. Modpack runs completely fine without Optifine.
