As a workaround you can use forge 1.19-41.0.63. Im using that forge version and 1.19-20220612a of builder addition and is working, but I would like to update to latest versions of forge

.93 had another breaking change I think as well.

I'm also having this issue, I hope it gets fixed!
I would really like to use this mod over some of the others that do similar things...
