Describe the bug feature request
I wish there was a way to blacklist blocks from being cut/paste. E.g. If you have a selection to cut, and the there is a block in the selection that is blacklisted, said block(s) would be left behind. The use case I ran into was when I was playing Minecolonies and builders are slow AF, and their mechanism for moving buildings requires them to physically deconstruct the building before you can "pick up" the hut block. That's just silly when you have building gadgets!

If there was a configuration section to simply add block ids that building gadgets should ignore for cut/paste actions, this would be nice. I can see this being useful for many reasons.
