Describe the bug
If you try to go into copy mode of the copy paste tool after skipping dimensions with anchor mode enabled
(aka copied structure in OV, then used anchor mode to paste it in OV, teleported to any other dimensions) makes the tool try to select too many blocks crashing the server/lagging it.

To Reproduce

  1. Select structure in OV.
  2. Paste structure using anchor mode.
  3. Change dimensions.
  4. Go into copy mode on the tool or even try to disable the anchor. Will lead to crash/freeze.

Expected behavior
The short circuit condition to not select over 32k blocks.
