
[Suggestion] Option/Config Option for using Schematicannon for Building, and Create Logistic Network Integration

It would be really neat to add a config option and/or an animation option that, instead of building gadgets phasing blocks into place, it generates a temporary schematic that can be placed into a schematicannon, or otherwise generates block placement from the cannon. Probably the easiest way to do this would be to add a special-case with the schematicannon where, if you bind a gadget to the cannon instead of an inventory, it uses that cannon to make block change requests. If this is implemented, it would also be good to have some way to "cache" multiple actions together before "pushing" them into the world, so that you're not spamming dozens of small schematics.
It would also be neat to add binding functionality similar to the AE2 binding, but for the Create logistics network. Probably a good implementation would be to make it so that you can bind to a Stock Ticker, but it requires that you then bind to an inventory afterwards that is the expected location for requested blocks to be sent.
If these are added, it would be nice for pack makers to have a config option available for limiting things to only allow building with the schematicannon.
