Describe the bug
May be a 1.19 issue or may be a 1.21 issue, will do more testing tomorrow and report back.

In 1.21 attempted to use this schematic:

JSON loads into the template manager with no issues and into the gadget. In Creative the Build pastes in with no issues. In Survival, using the Materials list in the gadget to collect the required blocks, then pasting in the resultant build showed all block counts green and complete but when pasted in the build was short the following
pollished deepslate blocks by 4
polished deepslate slabe by 66
polished andesite slabs by 46.

Blocks for initial pasting were collected into a Netherite Backpack from Sophisticated Storage Backpack and all consumed in the initial paste.

Collecting 2 more stacks of each and pasting in again on the same anchor point revealed these counts.

To Reproduce
Load above schematic, collect blocks and counts listed in the in-Gadget Materials list then, in survival, paste in the build.

Expected behavior
Full counts of block being fully consumed pasting in a complete structure.
