So my suggestion is a block, similar to RFTools builder, that'll take a template and relative coordinates to paste to. The idea stems from the old multiblock crafting mechanic from NTC2 (currently watching the series you did on that pack) and a "Structure Paster" would (I think) benefit such a scenario. Essentially the paste from the copy paste gadget but in block form.
