[1.18.2] Creative Wand is not adjustable in config

You can adjust Stone, Iron, Diamond and Netherite Wands in config, but not creative wands.
(There's no "Creative wand limit" option in config).
MAX_LIMIT was a max limit for all wands, so no one could go really high and
crash everything, java is the most memory hungry language in the known
universe

Weird that the constant was "MAX_LIMIT" when you could just crank up
values way above 512 and they worked flawlessly. But very happy to hear

you're right, right now it uses the MAX_LIMIT harcoded value, I'm changing this, it will be hardcoded no more, and you're right now it makes sense to be able to limit the creative wand
