Would it be possible to add an option to disable mod spawning and instead follow current spawn rules for 1.19.2 to encourage husbandry/breeding?

HOOD_ARMY_CHANCE in the configs, set it to 0.

This was performed; however, upon server restart the config file reset the value to 1, as per the comment it cannot be disabled (Range >1)
