[1.19.2] Goats and other animals spawn excessively causing crippling server lag, and interfere with other mods in the pack. These goats spawn excessively causing issues with other mods, such as Minecolonies. Multiple colonists have been thrown off buildings and died, or their jobs have been impacted. I have changed the HOOD_ARMY_CHANCE to 0, but it reverts to the default upon launch. Please resolve this mob spawning issue for the sake of the Forester. He cannot afford to be thrown off another tree.

It should also be noted that prior to the addition of Butchercraft, the server ran smoothly. I love this mod, and would prefer to keep it, but the mob spawning is getting out of hand.
