If i kill a mob with the Butcher Knife and pickup the corpse i get the Blood effects.
After this, my whole game starts to lag, tikrate goes from 30-40 ticks up to 3000.
When i manage to wash myself with the soap, the lag stops and the Tickrate normalize.

Can we get a toggle in the config for the Blood feature?

The tick rate has been greatly reduced and a config to reduce it farther has been added.
