Expected Result

Objects get ID asked for

Same error in MC V1.20.1 and bygonenether-1.3.2-1.20.x.jar. And there is similar error for quark:soul_stone. Actually Quark MOD support only 1.19.2 version see https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/quark.
