Possible mod incompatibility, Error writing chunks

Generating chunks with c2me and my modpack, for whatever reason, will just completely stop writing certain chunks and will never load them. And upon saving the world once encountered this error, it will infinitely try saving the world.
After I removed c2me, there was another problem that literally forced the world to save everytime at some point in the middle of generating chunks, but it wouldn't actually kick me out, it would just say it in the log and then proceed to crash the entire world. After removing the Horse Buff mod however, this problem stopped occuring. Now with c2me I can't replicate this bug anymore. Must have been a huge incompatibility with Horse Buff and something in my modpack.
Feels like something was fucking up the chunks regardless and c2me was just failing to generate it once it noticed to avoid the server from crashing. It would refuse to generate those chunks and leave them unloaded no matter what I did which definitely would have crashed me if otherwise.
