Server log freezes on saving chunks when stopping

Describe the bug
Server can't be successfully stopped due to chunk saving problem. Don't know if it's also a thing for singleplayer.
No such problem with C2ME alpha.9.5. Only happens when using alpha.9.7.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Described above.
Expected behavior
Server can be stopped without a problem with the latest version of C2ME.
Runtime info (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- Minecraft version: 1.19.2
- Mod version: alpha.9.7

Note that the log stops on [Server thread/INFO]: Saving chunks for level 'ServerLevel[world]'/minecraft:overworld

idk if its a same problem but in my singleplayer it takes 2-3 mins to save world (~~75% of time) instead of 6 secs without C2ME

After the regression being noticed we pushed a new build on github actions/CodeMC (it should bring it back the time it took before the latest build (for 1.19.3).

For me the issue I have has been solved by the commit above. So imma just close this one.
