Strange chunk generation

Describe the bug
I updated to MC 1.19.4, created the world, and after a while I began to see whether someone inserted other chunks between the previously generated chunks.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create world
- Play in world
Expected behavior
It shouldn't be like that, unless it's a joke in the form of a parody of distant lands...

Additional context
I always enable threaded world generation as it usually speeds up chunk generation for me, maybe that's the reason, but I can't check it for sure, before I saw the bug I played in the world for more than 4 hours of real time, before that everything was Fine.
This looks like https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-161823
This can be caused by power interruptions, disk failures (#194) and more. Have you encountered any of these?

I had one power failure when playing, although I remember that at this point the world was not saved, when I entered, I just got the world that was saved earlier. But these problems started about 2 hours after the power failure, during which time I quit the game several times. I think that if it was due to a power failure, these bugs would show up when you first entered the world after the failure. However, I cannot say this for sure.

This could be another broken chunk in the same broken region file and it somehow replaced existing chunks.
Unfortunately there are no other solutions than restoring from a backup or repairing the world manually.
Well, if this happens again without any failures only in the presence of c2m, I will report it.
